Bawang Chaji:


Bawang Chaji was established on November 17, 2017, as a new Chinese-style tea beverage brand under Guochao Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., with its headquarters located in Jinjiang District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province. On November 17, 2017, the first Bawang Chaji store was born in Kunming, Yunnan, later radiating outward with the southwest as its base. In August 2019, the first store in Malaysia opened, marking the first step in overseas development. In the same August, it entered the Singapore market, and two months later, it entered the Thai market. In 2021, it completed Series A and B financing totaling over 300 million yuan. On January 19, 2024, it signed with Changning District, Shanghai, with the number of global stores exceeding 3,000, on April 11, it planned to list in the US in the middle of the year, bringing a new pattern to the tea beverage track, on June 28, it announced that it would officially implement the "Nutrition Choice" label in all stores nationwide, in August, Bawang Chaji's new feature—"Product ID"—was officially launched. On April 17, 2025, Bawang Chaji was listed on NASDAQ, becoming the "first Chinese tea beverage stock" on the US stock market.





Algebraist Coffee:


Algebraist Coffee (algebraist COFFEE) is a specialty coffee brand founded in Suzhou in 2015, formerly known as MatrixCoffee, and officially renamed and completed brand upgrade in 2020, belonging to Algebraist Brand Management (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.


Development History:


2015: MatrixCoffee opened in Suzhou, positioning itself as a trendy specialty coffee.


2020: Renamed to "Algebraist", completed brand upgrade, and began national expansion.


2025: Over 160 stores nationwide, valuation exceeding 1.1 billion, completed multiple rounds of financing (including Tencent's strategic investment), transitioning to a rational and steady development strategy.


Product Features: Mainly uses Yunnan specialty Arabica beans, enhancing flavor complexity through special fermentation processes. For example, the Y10 Toffee Yunnan Italian blend beans can brew a rich taste similar to the finish of red wine, combining fruit aroma and toffee sweetness.


Expansion and Philosophy: As of 2025, Algebraist has entered core business districts in first-tier cities such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, with over 160 stores. Founder Dai Yi stated that the brand is primarily product-driven, focusing on actual consumer experience rather than relying solely on capital expansion, emphasizing "rational operation" to cope with industry cycle changes.

Brand Vision:


In June 2023, Luckin Coffee became the first chain coffee brand in China to break through 10,000 stores, on July 18, 2024, the Zhongguancun·Zawo flagship store officially opened, and the number of Luckin Coffee stores exceeded 20,000, providing customers with high-quality, high-value, and high-convenience products and services. On April 20, 2024, the Luckin Coffee (Jiangsu) Roasting Base was completed and put into operation, with a total investment of 120 million USD and an annual roasting capacity of 30,000 tons. Relying on the two major coffee roasting bases in Jiangsu and Fujian, Luckin Coffee will form a self-processing roasting supply network with an annual capacity of 45,000 tons, responding more quickly and accurately to changes in consumer demand, and delivering higher quality coffee beans to stores nationwide in a timely manner.
